Delegation Decision-Rights Template

A simple table for naming who decides, who is consulted and who is informed on every delegated task.

  • leadership
  • templates

For each delegated area, write four lines:

Decision — what is actually being decided. Decider — one name. Consulted — who must be heard first. Informed — who hears the outcome.

Delegation fails when the task moves but the judgment stays behind.
